### **About the Role**
We are looking for a **Graphic Designer**—not a "content creator." We need a visual problem solver who understands the difference between making something "pretty" and building a cohesive brand identity.
**This is a STATIC design role.** You will not be editing videos. We have a separate team for that. Your sole focus is mastering our visual identity across digital and print media using professional-grade software.

### **Key Responsibilities**
* **High-End Ad Creatives:** Design static ads for Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn that use strong typography and layout hierarchy to drive conversions.
* **Brand Identity Management:** Act as the "Brand Police." Ensure every font, color code, and logo usage across the company aligns perfectly with our style guide.
* **Layout & Editorial Design:** Create professional whitepapers, PDF lead magnets, and slide decks (InDesign/Illustrator/Figma) that look cleaner than a standard PowerPoint.
* **Web Assets & UI Support:** Design headers, custom icons, and wireframes for landing pages using **Figma**.
* **Photo Manipulation:** Advanced retouching, compositing, and color correction in **Photoshop** (going far beyond simple filters).
### **The "Anti-Requirements" (What we do NOT want)**
* **NO Video Editing:** You will not be asked to open Premiere Pro.
* **NO Canva:** We do not use Canva. We need you to build custom assets from scratch, not drag-and-drop templates.
### **Requirements**
* **Location:** Must reside in Europe or South America.
* **Experience:** 3+ years in a pure Graphic Design or Art Direction role.
* **Tech Stack:**
* **Expert:** Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
* **Proficient:** Figma (Crucial for our web/collaboration workflows).
* **Portfolio:** Must demonstrate strong **Typography** and **Layout** skills. (We want to see how you handle text hierarchy, not just pretty illustrations).
* **English:** Professional proficiency (C1/C2).
