💼 What You’ll Do

As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of high-impact education projects (valued at $50M+), ensuring successful delivery from kickoff to closeout. Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and general contractors
  • Championing a culture of safety and ensuring strict adherence to company safety protocols
  • Managing all aspects of project documentation—including shop drawings, submittals, schedules of values, and billing approvals
  • Partnering closely with on-site Superintendents to ensure seamless execution and contract compliance
  • Leading budget preparation, cost controls, and change order management
  • Overseeing key reports, logs, project meetings, and walkthroughs
  • Ensuring consistent site presence and on-the-ground leadership
  • Taking on additional duties as needed to support successful project outcomes

📌 What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture
  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager on education projects exceeding $50 million
  • Proven ability to manage complex stakeholders and keep large-scale projects on time and on budget
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on collaboration and quality execution
