• Conduct key field surveys
• Review drawings ahead of the install date for job understanding and clarification ahead of time
• Pack and load work-supplied vehicles with signage and supplies
• Consult/interface with customers
• Installation of monuments, pylons, channel letters, FCO letters, vinyl graphics, neon & interior signage
• Complete installation according to plans. If discrepancies exist, check in with the supervisor
• Drilling and Wiring according to specifications
• Troubleshoot in the field
• Perform service inspections and repairs
• Operating power tools such as drills, saws, jackhammers & post diggers
• Operating aerial equipment such as a boom lift, scissor lift

Qualifications:

• Heightened level of commitment to excellence in all things
• Strong and professional oral and written communication skills
• Critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Strong knowledge of sign industry substrates, media, and products
• Experience in Metal Inert Gas (MIG) welding and stick welding
• Ability to read graphic proofs, make accurate measurements, cut plastics and metals precisely, use basic tools, use a grinder, and use all other fabrication-related tools
• Ability to install a variety of signs, install electrical components in signs, and mount channel letters, sign cabinets, or raceways
• Ability to paint signs
• Must be flexible with working hours (early mornings, some weekends, and some long hours)
• Valid Driver's License
• Physically fit with good hand dexterity
