Job Description

Toonen Companies Inc., a regional leader in the development, construction, and management of multi-family apartment communities, is seeking to fill a Maintenance position in the Green Bay Area.

Maintenance Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Perform general maintenance in apartments, hallways, buildings, and common areas.
  • Handle basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC-related repairs.
  • Repair and replace appliances as needed.
  • Conduct minor plaster, paint, carpentry, and cabinetry repairs.
  • Maintain garage doors, fences, siding, and roofs.
  • Respond to resident service requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Take the initiative to resolve issues.
  • Assist with resident events both during and after business hours.
  • Participate in rotating after-hours on-call coverage (approximately one week every four weeks, with additional pay and bonuses).
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
  • A company maintenance van is provided during work and on-call hours.


Eligible for an on-call bonus:

  • $250 for regular weeks.
  • $300 for holiday weeks.
  • Overtime pay for all on-call hours during regular weeks.
  • Double-time pay for all on-call hours during holiday weeks.
